All you did was press the ctrl button while you were using the scroll wheel on your mouse.
Just hold down the ctrl button and scroll the wheel the other way. When you release the button it will refresh and change the screen font size to whatever you want.
It's very easy to do and only takes seconds to change to what you like.

No, darling, it wasn’t the font—it was the entire desktop. I was using the mouse pad and typing...I’m sure I hit Control during all that, but I have no idea how the entire screen blew up.
