***The articles said no cell phones or cameras were allowed, but I find that a tough restriction on friends and family, who would naturally want to take pictures of this great occasion.***

That’s exactly why I feel there MUST be a formal portrait of the bride’s assistants in their flower-colored gowns.

There WAS a drawing of them somewhere in the last few days, but I can’t find it. Anyway, I’d love to see the gowns on the girls.

daisy...thank you, thank you, thank you for posting the BEAUTIFUL pictures of Jenna’s wedding!! I’ve been watching for some pics on TV but only one pic was shown on a local station. These are fantastic! I’m so happy for all of them. Jenna looks beautiful and her Dad and Mom look fantastic!

From Pastor Caldwell: As for the president, Caldwell said, on Saturday he was just the father of the bride.

“He was compassionate and emotional. He cried a couple of times,” Caldwell said.

No surprise. I knew he would cry.

Your thread was great. I was a couple of those over 7000 views. And I know of at least one other forum that copied stuff from there.

I was out celebrating Mother's Day when they first came out so did not get them up in a timely manner and was happy to see your thread, I did not feel such pressure to hurry, hurry.

Good! The number of “views” just amazes me.

Hope your Mother’s Day was grand ... ;)

The way I understood the colors of the dresses from the House Party were supposed to be the colors of the wild flowers that grow on the ranch

It looks like all the Bushes are coming to DC to continue their time together, because GWB wants to be “on the job.” Of course our media will not say a word about that kind of devotion to duty.!

Quite the contrary, they make an issue and keep a running tab of the days he is out of D.C. for "personal" time.

He is off to the MidEast this week. A lot of parents of the bride take a breather after the big event but W did not get even one day off, having to get up on Sunday and return to D.C. So not fair!
