It has to get worse before it gets better. The Hezbos have been reduced to street thugs with limited fighting skills. Not to say Israel trounced the Hezbos but they probably did a better number at degrading the Hezbos than they originally were given credit for.

Most sources indicate that, like Hamas, with Iranian and Syrian training they're becoming a viable light force. One not to be underestimated. Of course if the Lebanese Army refuses to engage, even when the civil government is under seige, Hizbollah has won.
