10 California Wildlife officers with .222's should about fix the problem..... or 3 high school boys from Texas.
I took the Troop camping into a DuPage (IL) County Forest Preserve a while ago. Very quiet after the sun fell, which was early as it was in early spring. About 2:00 AM a fire truck went by, with it’s siren on. The siren was answered by what sounded like about 6 coyotes for a few minutes, and I doubt they were more than three hundred yards away.
“A dingo ate my baby!”
oops, wrong continent.
“A coyote ate my baby!”
Had two chase my bull mastiff. She went running round a corner and came back with two coyotes hot on her heels. They looked up at me and high tailed it. They didn’t look scared though, it was all business. They thought they saw a cheap meal and when they saw me they concluded that the price was out of their range and they moved along. I was very impressed.
I want to make a “Coyote bait” stamp and stamp all the old “missing cat/dog” signs around here. There is a good reason why fluffy didn’t come home, probably a couple good reasons.
Courtesy ping to my favorite Coyote.
Bounty and kill all the coyotte.
It’s “for the children” should be the answer to the Greenies.
We were told by Local Law Enforcement here in Indiana that if the Coyote’s threaten then shootem. We don’t have animal control in our city.
