Here's the problem with the Libertarian, Constitution, Conservative, etc. parties....they refuse to build from the bottom-up.

If they would build from the ground up, running people for city council, county supervisor, state representative, and on and on, perhaps they could become a real alternative to the 21st Century Whigs, ie, the GOP.

I could support something like the Constitution Party...if they actually decided to build from the bottom up.

That would be too much like work. It would also validate history and the political party “system.” That’s not what these people want. They just want to moan about how awful things are in our country and claim they are somehow above the herd by voting for pathetic looney losers.

You have a very good point. There are people with elitist mind and attitude in both sides of the spectrum... (although to be fair, there's a strong Conservative Party in NY). These people also want to change the society, only to a different direction from the socialists. Only, the socialists seem to work harder.
