Hmm... What have they been looking for since before 1958? Not the Milky Way's central black hole. Another planet that's not a Kuiper Belt object? I don't think they would've said anything about the galaxy if that's what it is...
It just does not compute for me... Another, never before observed spiral arm in the galaxy, hidden behind the dust?
