Well, a Religious Spigot is the valve on a Fountain of Religious Knowledge.

And then there is religious knowledge, carnal knowledge, tc....

So that’s where the sex part comes in. It’s a part of knowledge.

And everyone knows you push down on the spigot to open it, which is why the term ‘depressed’.
