I can’t find the one from the AG right now. Here’s a statement from an Assistant DA for that district:
“No arrests have been made in the case, although the one arrest warrant issue — for 50-year-old Dale Barlow — remains active, she said, rejecting previous reports that it had been dropped.”

So are they going to arrest the guy are not? Not to you Politicalmom but are they going to arrest the guy are not? He may be a baby impregnating jerk but he is on parole in Arizona. They can find him. No reason to leave this hanging unless they have a problem.
