The South Florida Democrat is not kind to Bush in this book and that’s not surprising. After all, what would you expect from a self-described Fire-breathing Liberal. What is surprising is that this is a very good book.
And frankly, the Fire-breathing Liberal is the least interesting part of the book. No one would expect Wexler, a staunch and vocal defender of Bill Clinton during his impeachment hearing, to be anything else.
Yes, he breathes fire about Republicans, the 2000 election, Iraq, Terry Schiavo, Newt Gingrich, voting machines, President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney...........
