Clinton says she is in it until a nominee is decided. (also a poll on the page if you wish to freep it).

There is a political rhyme and reason to everything with the Clinton's and since politics is their life, you bet they will do ANYTHING to get into the White House!
LOL! Good one!
Operation Chaos continues
Thought bubble: "Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit drinking beer."
I do hope that is correct......I am so scared that Obama might make it.....but what scares me more is the idea that ‘Americans’ are actually voting for this ‘Anti’-American.
You know....in that actual scene my uncle was one of them dancing....
I hope she stays in until the dem convention.
She would have used all she has by now. My theory is that Hillary is waiting to see if Obama falters. If that doesn’t happen she still stays in to secure the dem VP nomination in an attempt to become the first female VP. She waits 8 years to become President. Even if that doesn’t happen she will have secured a place in history as the first female VP. Its a win/win for her to stay in.
That’s all fine but what about my Lucent Technologies stock?
I never in a million years thought I would say this:
I have a new found respect and admiration for Hillary Clinton. I guess its easy to say that about a rabid Tigress when she is behind bars as opposed to a rabid Tigress who is trying to tear my jugular out. Now she is harmless so that might color my opinion.
But I admire her for a few things:
1. Dogged determination and a never say die attitude that embodies the American spirit.
2. Being the only Dem man enough to face Bill OReilly and actually answer real questions.
3. Standing next to the extreme Marxist America and capitalist hating Obama, she has managed to look like a moderate and a centrist.
4. She managed to have enough self control and discipline to not Kill Bill like Uma Thurman after the Monica episode because she knew it would hurt her chance to become POTUS. Laugh all you want, but if it was your spouse and your public humiliation, you would have ended up dismembered in a suitcase floating in a river.
She has discipline and a plan. I had absolutely 0 respect for her last year, but now I have a bunch.
Yeah, yeah, I know all about the so-called ‘strategy’. I’m telling you I saw with my own eyes no less than six posts here the other night saying they wanted the Clintons back in office because it was the best of the three choices. And there are even MORE on here that want her to get the nomination over Obama. As FReeper luke21 said, I never thought I’d live to see the day this place became a lovefest for the Clintons.
It was just on my local news that Michigan is going to give Obama 59 delegates and The Clintons 69.
It’s pretty obvious that it is Bush’s fault that Hillary is staying in the race.
Thanks for the input. Yes, I know there are some who want either Dem to win to punish the GOP. They think it will be so bad, we will have another Reagan-follows-Carter event. That won’t happen. Our country will be ruined. The next President has to face Iran and Syria. Does anyone trust any Democrat to do that?
I guess I objected to your original assessment of the number of FReepers who want that.
I know, I was being facetious, but there are a lot of them here, and it sickens me.
Those are all excellent points. In addition Obama needs someone to get the Regaan democrats - white males. But the top two are so close they may have to cut some deal which may not give Obama as much leeway. But I do generally agree with your accessment that if Obama is given the leeway he would not pick her.
It also sickens me. I don’t like McCain one bit. We have to really pressure him. But the thought of either of those socialists who will turn their backs on what we need to finish is unthinkable.
