I am a self professed Cop Hater.... dozens of posts... they are most easily trigger happy and the system covers it up and I think we should reduce the police state by 1,000,000 fewer cops.
But... in this case, credit where due... I am on the other said in a rare case....

The best thing to say is "I have a permit to carry and a tool of self-defense" (suggested by an attorney who specializes in cases involving legal self-defense)
