As I write up the Obama victory event here in Raleigh tonight, I notice there's a new proponent of "the Limbaugh effect." It's not coming from Operation Chaos headquarters but from the Obama campaign. Tonight I've gotten two emails from the campaign suggesting that the Limbaugh effect was in play in Indiana. The most recent email, a few minutes ago, was headlined "The Limbaugh Effect in Indiana = 7%" noting:
According to the latest exit polling data, 17% of voters in the Indiana primary today said they would vote for John McCain in a Clinton/McCain matchup.
41% of that number is constituted by people who voted Clinton in the primary but also indicated they will vote for McCain in the general election.
That comes out to just under 7% of the primary electorate the number that may be attributed to a Limbaugh Effect.

There were also people voting for Obama that will vote for McCain in the fall. Probably about the same percentage so they kind of canceled each other out.
He'd damned well BETTER be -- !!!
Unwittingly, Operation Chaos has given Obama the grounds for a solid case to his RAT superdelegates. Obama can simply say to them that Hillary Clinton’s limited success in places like Pennsylvania and Indiana is due (at least in part) to Republican hanky-panky at the direction of Rush Limbaugh.
Maybe Hillary will make him an honorary superdelegate.
The beauty is that it doesn't matter. Obama will accuse Clinton of in effect cheating. True Clinton supporters will be angered and alienated by the notion. There will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth. This is Rush's true goal, i.e. providing the biggest bunch of conspiracy theorists on the planet with raw meat and something to hang "stolen election" on.
Popcorn anyone?
It’s a good thing that Rush has a golden touch, because Operation Chaos is going to blowup in his face.
>>>>>>Its a good thing that Rush has a golden touch, because Operation Chaos is going to blowup in his face.
How so?
Operation Chaos is more psychological than real. And it is more about selling soap than selling a candidate. Many FReepers are taking this way to seriously.
...Are you sure?
At least FRpers are having fun while OC lasts.
So what’s his plan for keeping a Muslim out of our White House?
Horsehocky! Obama is going to be the democrapic candidate regardless of what anyone did or didn’t do in any state. Ackbar Hussen and Michelle Insane have emphasized the ahyphena side of his genetic make-up throughout his campaign. The democrapic party is solely and historically responsible for emphasizing “diversity” as a qualifier for anyone to have any job. Now they are stuck like a fly in their own frigging spider web. If they try to designate wide track as the candidate, there will be riots in the streets and it won’t be because of anything Limbaugh or anyone else has said or done, it will be because of the ‘craps and only because of the ‘craps. Limbaugh is just smart enough to take advantage of the situation.
>> Operation Chaos is more psychological than real.
Bingo.
>> At least FRpers are having fun while OC lasts.
Yep, and that’s what counts. Having fun, and bloodying BOTH donks.
Where do you get "Unwittingly"?
Operation Chaos is a COMPLETE SUCCESS!
The objective wasn't to hand victory to either one of the rats, it was to keep them fighting each other and wasting money. Are they?
It's also pointed out that when rat "super delegates" have all the power and make the final decision, the rat voter's primary vote doesn't count for squat.
As a side benefit, it may help change some primary laws from state to state that will keep the rats from crossing over again and giving us another RINO McCain too.
OK so Operation Chaos causes two socialists in Obama and Clinton to negate each other then what? The result is the GOP presumptive socialist nominee McCain to be President. That doesn’t help conservatives and the conservative cause one bit.
Am I sure that Rush has the golden touch? Oh yes!
