The omega 3-filled ones have a fishy yolk. Yuck. What a way to ruin one of the cheapest and best gourmet foods there is.

You forgot fertilized eggs on your list. Other than one happy rooster I don't think there's any nutritional benefit other than it may be a nice thing to do for the chickens.
