To a degree you can. But Mcain is against drilling for domestic oil. He buys into global warming. These things can cost you billions as well.
You'll need 'em to help pay for the terrorists legal defense, more welfare for billions of illegal alien invaders and oil from hostile sources.
None of that will matter though, as we will no longer have a sovereign nation. But hey! A buck is a buck.
