Gas prices are high and what do Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer want to do? Why confiscate oil company profits - publicly-held companies which many Americans own a part of through stock - of course! Not that that will produce a single gallon more of gasoline. But open up ANWR - NO! That would upset the caribou! I know, let’s build more windmills!

I might add that neither of those two twits - Pelosi or Schumer - has paid for a tank of gasoline out-of-pocket in over twenty years!

I work in a public affairs office for a distributer of electrical power.. Windmills are great and are being added to the grid in increasing numbers..

But.. windmills also disrupt electrical grids when the wind goes up and down.. that power has to be adjusted so it provided at 60 cycles... Which means you need a stable source to provide the base power

Talk about price gouging. When is someone going to do something about it? Really, who deserves 15 to 20 million-dollar salaries. And the price keeps going up and up. Why are the prices so out of touch with reality. Why won’t the President do something about it? Oh, no I am not talking about oil and gas, I talking about the cost of going to the movies. I am sure many CEOs would love to make as much as Johnny Depp makes for so little work. And the profiteers in the popcorn, soda, and candy industry are making a killing. It equates to price gouging to not let me bring my own popcorn and soda and then take advantage of me by charging $5 for a quarter’s worth of popcorn. And what about the poor? Why is Hollywood allowed to make the cost of their product so high that the poor can not afford to see a movie. Its so sad to see a child ask mommy for popcorn only to be told that they can not afford it. So sad…too bad…Johnny Depp needs another mansion or private plane so suck it up.
