Obama's campaign has disavowed Wright's media tour, and a correspondent notes an interesting detail:
Wright was invited to the National Press Club by a journalist and minister who supports Clinton.
The Tribune reports that Wright was invited by Barbara Reynolds, a former USA Today editorial board member who has written on personal blog of her support for Clinton.
I don't mean to suggest some kind of plot. Her agenda here seems to have been the same as Wright's: To protect the minister's reputation from, among others, Obama.
"[I]t is a sad testimony that to protect his credentials as a unifier above the fray the Senator is fueling the media characterization that Rev. Dr. Wright is some retiring old uncle in the church basement instead of respecting Wright for the towering astute father of progressive social and global causes that he is," Reynolds wrote in March.
Reynolds' is well placed to defend Wright. Her bio says she teaches "prophetic ministry and the media" at Howard University's divinity school.
ALSO: Richard Prince points out that Reynolds has spoken critically of Clinton as well, after grilling her -- and being dissatisfied with her answer -- on the Ferraro flap.

Klintons and their minions are pure evil. They have no limits. There is nothing they are not capable of. Nothing.
The more he talks, the more people realize Wright is just that.
Since his ties to Obama are so deep and long standing, this also leads one to look into what Wright actually teaches, his ideology and theology, and what Obama has listened to for the last 20 years.
Wright teaches Black Liberation Theology that was the creation of the black radical James Hal Cone, who took the Latin American Liberation Theology that had been created by Marxists to lure poor catholics into their "revolution" (because they knew their totally Godless marxism would not work), and revamped it for blacks in America.
This theology teaches that Christ was an oppressed black man living under whitey rule (the Romans) who was as much or more of a social revolutionary against white oppression as he was about spiritual salvation. In this sense, the theology is much closer to what the Islamics teach about Christ than what true Christians teach about Him.
It is a hate-filled, bigoted, anti-American, race bating, marxist construct. Here is what it's creator, James Hal Cone, says about it, the same James Hal Cone who Wright constantly refers to and holds up as an icon:
"Black theology refuses to accept a God who is not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill Gods who do not belong to the black community ... Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy. What we need is the divine love as expressed in Black Power, which is the power of black people to destroy their oppressors here and now by any means at their disposal. Unless God is participating in this holy activity, we must reject his love."This then is the trough from which Barack Hussein Obama has fed and the well from which he has drunk deeply for the past 20+ years.

I’m waiting for other Black ministers to comment on Jeremiah Wright. So far the silence is deafening except for a couple and they are supporting him.
So I’m comming to the conclusion that there is much support for Jeremiah in the black community. If so we have a long way to go in race relations. I think the white community has come a long way in race relations. I’m wondering how far the black community has come?

The left is paranoid paradise. Jeremiah Wright is as paranoid as one could get, and Obama’s groupies getting paranoid about how Jeremiah Wright got the opportunity to show off his all his pathologies including his paranoia.

This is McAuliffe, Carvile, Ickes, Grunwald and Blumenthal we are talking about. and people DON’T believe they would try to get Rev. Wright out and about shooting his mouth off?? Obviously Rev Wright loves his cat.
We just need a few other invitees such as Norman Hsu, Johnny Chung, Charlie Trie, Susan McDougal and Marc Rich to appear before the National Press Club as it is imperative to give some “Hillary friends” equal time before the press/media.

One reason I do so disagree with Rush - urging Republicans to vote for the witch in primaries to keep the dem. battle going. That one could well misfire - she is gaining on Obama.
Might well be a case of be careful what you wish for.

I would like to add I personally think Reverend Wright also LOVES to bathe in the spotlight, which is probably the original reason he became a minister.
