I realize that my position is increasingly a minority position at this forum, and that’s fine. People can and should vote as they please. However, my vote will matter and yours won’t. That’s a fact.

You live in Texas. There is no possibility whatsoever that the GOP will lose Texas. So how is your vote any more significant than that of a Texan who votes third-party? The Republicans are getting the electoral votes either way. Why be a McCain whore if you don't have to?

I didn’t vote for him in the primary, even though everyone else except the idiot Ron Paul had dropped out.

But I will not take the slightest chance of letting Texas cast its electoral votes for either Hillary or Obama.
