Has Dell ever conducted a study of how many customers buy Dell again after they have a call routed to Bangalore hell?

Several years ago I was talking to a tech, who told me because of the India mess he always told people to steer clear of Dell.
I know I always inquire if a support center is in India. If it is, I won’t buy the product. The vast majority of India calls I have had, have turned up total messes.
It’s about time management realized that India cheap is not necessarily cheap in the long run.
