I wish one of our resident FR photoshopping experts would superimpose Carter's head on the Neville Chamberlain photo where he holds up a copy of the agreement signed with Hitler.

Carter has to be this generation's Neville Chamberlain.You insult the honorable PM Chamberlain. He eventually learned and declared war on Hitler, less than one year after holding up that paper.
