Relax. He’s just making it clear that the U.S. will not sign on to any emissions reduction protocol that doesn’t also hold China and India’s feet to the fire. In other words, nothing is going to happen because China and India will never agree to abide by the same punishing standards that Kyoto would have inflicted on our economy.

It will be momentarily amusing to listen to this buffoon who can barely string together a simple declarative sentence, try to feign intelligence by babbling about addressing something that is not real. I say momentarily because his foolish words will probably end up having bad consequences on us.
