No fake or ‘spiritual’ marriages to underage females. Sorry. It’s wrong. It’s illegal

Of course it is, all the more reason for the government to follow the rules, so some Judge or Justice doesn't throw the case out on the basis of an insufficient original warrant, or because a lower judge got carried away with "court orders".

“Of course it is, all the more reason for the government to follow the rules, so some Judge or Justice doesn’t throw the case out on the basis of an insufficient original warrant, or because a lower judge got carried away with “court orders”. “

And I think they are being very careful to follow the rules.

I have read about a lot of ‘suspicion’ and ‘speculation’ that they are violating the law (they being the State, LE,CPS), but I have not read of any proof.

Unless we count the cell phone confiscation.

If you have ever had to conduct a person to person interview, and their cell phone keeps ringing... well, you might ‘confiscate’ their cell phone too.

I don’t think that people should be allowed to use their cell phone while driving, and it should be confiscated if they do (unless the conversation is driving directions).

So, for me, the thought that the government (state, local, whatever) could fail to protect children from sexual assault because they wouldn’t allow cell phone use during an investigation, seems ridiculous.
