Answer it yourself... rape is not protected... you know this. Murder and your other list of perversions are not protected.. you know that. Quit trying to obfuscate the issue - no one here condones the abuse of children or women. Get a grip.
Those who are arguing with you are arguing your willingness to throw out the rights held by all citizens, so that you can stone the rapists. You wish to give the government powers they do not hold in this country. I think YOU need to Google or better yet go to the library or take a class that will inform you of our inalienable rights as citizens of this fair country.

Um, no. Stoning rapists is a religious practice. Those who are protecting them are those who think the First Amendment protects ALL allegedly religious behavior and ties the hands of the government to protect them from that.
