Obama's Pastor Otis Moss III: Being black is like leprosy

"The lepers lived in a ghetto leper colony. The lepers were segregated from everybody else."

"They go into the enemy's camp. They find food. They find shelter. They find gold. They find silver. They even find some drink in the enemy's camp. They find gin and juice in the enemy's camp."

"Even though they were trying to destroy you, they end up blessing this small congregation of people with a skin condition."

4/6/08: Barack Obama's incoming Senior Pastor Otis Moss III delivers Hour of Power sermon, "We Have Nothing To Lose," at Trinity United Church of Christ.

"I've read it three times and I still can't figure out what the hell he's talking about."

Thank goodness, I thought it was just me. Maybe Rev.Moses has had a little too much "gin and juice".

If they would integrate themselves on Sunday morning, this bitterness would go away. The only thing that is still separating them form the rest of the country is their insistence on segragation on Sunday so they can listen to rants.

Careful Rev Moss. If you keep this up, you could end up like Rev. Wright ... spending your final days in that multi million dollar leper colony in Tinley Park.

Funny, I remember Namaan the Leper at most every revival I ever attended. AND his condition was SIN. Namaan was a military commander BUT HE WAS A LEPER... the obvious is that leprosy was likened unto sin.

I feel much more edified knowing that my redness may be an ally to me.

I bet that’s how black African slave traders talked.
