Doesn’t the sworn testimony Rex Stockham, BS, MFS, Supervisory Special Agent assigned to the FBI Laboratory’s Evidence Response Team Unit, totally destroy Ed’s theory as to the bloodhounds?

When you are a “true believer” like Ed, FACTS that contradict your beliefs are usually turned into reinforcement of these beliefs - no matter how outlandish.

I notice this story was also mentioned in the defendent's facts:

http://www.ph.ucla.edu/EPI/bioter/anthraxpowdernotroutine.html

Extensive lab tests of the anthrax powder have revealed new details about how the powder was made, including the identity of a chemical used to coat the trillions of microscopic spores to keep them from clumping together. Sources close to the investigation declined to name the chemical but said its presence was something of a surprise.

The powder's formulation "was not routine," said one law enforcement official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. "Somebody had to have special knowledge and experience to do this," the official said.

The finding, one of several emerging from months of intensive laboratory analyses of anthrax spores mailed to Senate offices in October, appears to further deepen the mystery of who is behind the worst act of biological terrorism in U.S. history. But, hey, don't worry - Ed can just fabricate a new "sting operation" to explain that away. Yeah, that's it - the FBI released fake information on fake analysis finding a fake additive - just so they could catch a leaker.

Where is this information? I don't seem to be able to find it anywhere. PACER doesn't provide all those 202 documents supplied by Dr. Hatfill. It says they are only available by going to the court clerk to make a copy.
