Bomb making class gone wrong?
According to BBC...
“Fars said the explosion occurred at around 2100 (1630 GMT) and could be heard a mile (1.5km) away. The Irna news agency said it broke the windows of nearby houses.
Most of those inside the religious centre were young boys and girls affiliated to the Rahpoyan-e Vesal Association, which “holds weekly meetings every Saturday regarding misguided groups, including Wahhabis and Baha’is”, Fars added.”
btw - rahpourane vesal means those who want to die to see God

You’re welcome, NormsRevenge. Thanks for letting us know by sending us an abuse report. :-)
reports that it may have been up to 3 bombs
Although bomb attacks are rare in Iran, the predominantly Shiite Muslim country has faced several ethnic and religious insurgencies that have carried out sporadic, sometimes deadly attacks in recent years. None have amounted to a serious threat to the government.

Well then, we’re either not working with the right folks or the money we have been sending to assist behind the scenes support “insurgencies” has been pretty much wasted or who knows.. they don’t call it a black budget for nuthin’ ..
All the credit goes to my mouse.. :-}
We’ll see ya at the Saturday Night race tonight. :-)
I think most of the bombings can be traced back to the regime itself, as this one may end up too.
Other localized bombings have been by small numbers of ethnic groups far from Tehran.
