One of the major supports to the value of the $US is the military and its deployments. Cut that support out and who knows how far and how fast the $US could fall.

He has no history to speak of, so he can pick his positions in a way that is in line with the mood of the times.
Most of what he says is nonsense, like his pledging of nearly 900 billion just so far in money for programs with which he'll end everything from world hunger to AIDS. The man epitomizes the politician that promises anything to anyone to get a vote. His positions are not even remotely realistic anymore. It's just “feel good” crap he's spewing.

I think he won't have to dismantle the Armed Forces because if Hussein Obama wins the Presidency, the volunteer military will probably start hemorrhaging people getting out because they can't stand him...think what happened during Carter's and Clinton's terms.

He’ll make Jimmy Carter look like a walk in the park. At least Carter more or less waited until AFTER his presidency to arrange face to face meetings with terrorist leaders... Obama would happily negotiate the surrender of the US to any islamic terrorist group while in office.

You are correct. My brother served in the Marine Corps under Reagan and Bush 41, he did NOT re-enlist when Clinton was CIC because he had no respect for him.
