Then I would offer school vouchers as an escape from failing schools; then demand that schools that consistently fail stop receiving federal funds or support.
Agreed, and if he did it he’d get more than that 20% black vote, IMO.
That is exactly what Bush's much critisized Education Bill does. After three years they were on notice and after five the funds would be cut off. Now that the time is up the left is screaming bloody murder.
