He actually got a warm reception from the Puerto Rico Manufacturers’ Association on Sunday night. The thing is, Clinton was the one who in 1996 “killed” the tax incentives code for companies operating in Puerto Rico. So therefore, I have no idea why the PRMA invited him to speak. He’s the “enemy” in their world....
