euthanize the feral cat colonies,and start handing out hefty fines&jail time for those who insist on feeding them.And start enforcing the animal abandonment laws as well.

As I explained in another post and on my page, it’s chemicals and loss of habitat wiping out birds(amoung tons of other things like raccoons, poison, glass windows, etc....not cats).
