You’re insane. Why should I have to assure the safety of one of your cats when it trespasses into my fenced yard? If my dogs ran the neighborhood and violated your property rights, then I should be held accountable. That’s not the case.
Oh, I forgot. Cats must be protected from all harm anywhere on earth, even when they climb into machinery or enter a dog’s private domain.
I do thank God I don’t live next to someone like you. After I had animal control remove 28 feral cats from the crazy cat lady’s property, she sold it and moved.
