This is Warren Jeffs followers known as the FDLS. They are not the LDS. Warren Jeffs was the leader of this group.
Jeffs, who was considered to be the sect's prophet, was arrested near Las Vegas in 2006 and sentenced to life in jail for being an accomplice to rape. He also faces federal charges in Arizona and Utah.

Warren Jeffs is a True Mormon Prophet.
He has stayed strong in the tradition of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young.
He will one day rule like those two prophets from Salt Lake City.
