Operation Chaos makes for interesting radio. That's it. The whole premise behind it is silly as a practical matter. If there aren't enough conservative voters in the GOP to elect a conservative nominee (and there aren't), then how can there be enough conservatives to materially influence the nominee from a party full of liberals?
I'm sure Limbaugh is selling lots of hats and T-shirts though.

It can be done if the margin is very, very narrow.
I do agree the odds of "phase 4" (getting actual convention delegates) is extremely remote. However, if Rush claimed to have a Texas or PA delegate and used a non-delegate shill calling in a "disguised" voice from the convention floor posing as a real delegate, it may make waves among the real delegates and create disharmony and small outbreaks of chaos.
Also, if Clinton gets the nomination, or matches the popular vote, the Obama supporters can blame the Limbaugh effect, as it is impossible to really measure.
I just want to see Clinton destroyed, so I don't approve of Op Chaos, but I am willing to look on the bright side.

The conservatives are not happy with their man McCain so why not screw with the liberals and force a fight in the Democrat election. We just don’t have anything else better to do so why not.
