What you have done no where is state WHY it should be acceptable to strip search a teenage girl for ibuprofen. The only argument you have mustered is that it should be left to local authorities to regulate, which is no constitutionally found principle at all.

That is after all, how we used to deal with local issues back in the days of our founding fathers, and before we had federal court intervention.
