Nothing I have seen yet would indicate that. I am sure there maybe some organic food that isn't tree bark and pine twigs. But the sustainable products I have seen are made from inferior materials.

However you may have a point, meat is sustainable there for good for us...

(That will send the PETA hippies over the edge...)

How about a bamboo hardwood floor, made from a tree that matures in 3-5 years, with a Janka hardness rating a touch better than white oak?

Is that inferior?
