Well, thirty years ago we would have had the underwear and their statements. And I don’t know that the underwear would have done much good back then.
Also, I DO think it is happening much more than it used to. Our culture is considerably coursened in the last few decades. It is really a different world with a different attitude towards sex, homosexuality and sexual deviancy. Although males that have a taste for the flesh of minor boys seem to be vilified more than ever, the rest seems to be one big party.

I never had a teacher who looked that "innocent"
I would imagine any kid running up to puberty and beyond would have a hard time concentrating in her class.

She believes it's not that female teachers are abusing their students more frequently, but rather we are more aware of it when the crime happens.
I disagree. Just about everything in our culture has become highly sexualized with even perverted sex being glorified, and we're supposed to believe that doesn't have an affect on the actions and thoughts of people??? I guess it's easier to say this has always happened than it is to admit there's something seriously wrong with our culture. That would be JUDGING, and we can't do that, can we?
