That is the nice thing about elections - I don’t HAVE to vote for anyone.
McCain will do what the NYT’s editorial board wants 90% of the time, and the GOP in Congress won’t be able to stand up to a supposedly republican President.
Hillary will do about 95% of what the NYT’s wants, but the GOP will fight her tooth and nail.
Since we elect a GOVERNMENT, not a KING, I think we’ll get more conservative GOVERNMENT out of a Hillary administration.
Vote for McCain if you wish. I won’t.
Our best option would be a democrat president and a republican congress. A republican congress would at least know to stand up against the policies promoted by a democrat president. They'll blithely follow the policies of anyone in The Oval Office with the magic "R" behind his name.
