The worse thing, when a dog is barking at me, I know the dog can sense my fear. My hubby and I are both allergic to cats. We were lucky to find our dog. My dog is one of the sweetest animals.

I am definitely afraid of big dogs also, (((GeeBee))). Sorry, everyone, it’s just the way I am. I cross the street when I see someone walking a big dog, even medium ones. We never had a dog in our home when I was growing up, just budgies.

That makes two of us dita. I was raised to be afraid of dogs because rabies was rampant in the countryside. I would never go near any dog. Even your pets were at risk. Our pet dog got bit and had rabies. Dad had to shoot him. I had nightmares after that. I was about 8 yrs old. I’m still not comfortable around dogs.
