Correction: (hey, it's 5:30am here): The original form was to cross over and vote for HILLARY (not Obama).
Dumb idea.

And David Brooks and the Jason Blair Gazette will happily report every incident on the front page - THE COMIC SECTION!

In NJ, party affiliation only matters in the PRIMARY ELECTION. In the GENERAL ELECTION IN NOVEMBER, a voter can cross politicla lines as desired!

it helps McCain stay above the dogfight President McDole better start pointing out HOW both liberals will ruin the country NOW, this is his very last chance to be President, and his procrastination and lack of attack strategy is slowly going to cost him the election.

Do you really want to read ONLY columns, articles and blogs written by conservatives? What do we learn from an echo chamber?...............
Learn a lot.... go over to DU. The far-left is sooooooooo funny and full of audacity and hope.

The only bad thing about this whole deal is that we still are stuck with McCain.
What’s the saying, ‘even if you win, you’re still retarded.’

Er, David Brooks is one of the token "conservatives" at the NYT, so in effect he is part of the "echo chamber". Having said that, I find that I often disagree with much of what he writes...Let's say he represents the left border of this echo chamber. I disagree with him about as often as not. But this is a terrific, eloquent piece. He's nailed Hillary for being a loser in a bunker.

She’s not in a bunker. She’s still running free and trying her best to skuttle the SS Obama. Bill Clinton was in NC last week, saying Hillary would be here each week between now and the primary May 6. He said NC could determine the nomination. If Obama’s numbers among white males improve by May 6, I may vote for Hillary. Once the Dem horse race is over, the MSM will focus all their energy on McCain. Being sidelined has helped his chances enormously. May the Dem chaos continue and grow all the way to Denver!

I'm thinking Hillary will fight to the bloody end...that she would rather her good friend, "Republican" John McCain, become POTUS than concede defeat by someone in her own Party.

Why waste perfectly good electrons and pixels by republishing this idiot Brooks?
I know I'm hopelessly naive, but I somehow managed to think that, since the NYT called this guy a "conservative," there'd be at least some time when I could agree with a little of what he wrote. How wrong I was. He's a hopeless bed wetter.

The real point of Operation Chaos is always to support the weaker of the two DemonRats just to keep the bloodshed going. For that reason it was a good idea initially to support the Mudslime, since he appeared to be the weaker. Now that he's the stronger, we need to support the Witch.

In short, Hillary Clintons presidential prospects continue to dim. The door is closing. Night is coming. The end, however, is not near.

Ehhhhgg-cellent.

For three more months (maybe more!) the campaign will proceed along in its Verdun-like pattern. The stated German objective at Verdun was to draw the French into continued battle and "bleed them white."
Is Hillary trying to bleed Obama white?

Is Hillary trying to bleed Obama white? More like Hillary and Obama are bleeding the Democrat party of all colors.

Uh, because he's trashing her?
When you step back and think about it, she is amazing. She possesses the audacity of hopelessness.
Why does she go on like this? [Duh!] Does Clinton privately believe that Obama is so incompetent that only she can deliver the policies they both support? [Yes.] Is she simply selfish, and willing to put her party through agony for the sake of her slender chance? [Yes!] Are leading Democrats so narcissistic that they would create bitter stagnation even if they were granted one-party rule? [Oh God, yes!!!]
Bracketed comments mine.

Mr. Limbaugh is smarter than the left gives him credit for: You dont climb to the top of your field with a high school diploma unless there is something there. You are sooo right. Mr. Limbaugh is on top in his field as a radio talk show host and "entertainer" and that is where he should remain.
Being a top radio show host does not equate to being a top political operative. His episode of being "in the loop" as Newt delivered the Congress to the Republicans with his 'Contract with America' has allowed his self importance as political king maker go to his head.
Mr. Limbaugh doesn't realize that his on-air contribution was joined with political maneuvering on capitol-hill, way beyond his involvement or knowledge. He served as the GOP public water-boy, for which he received public and private accolades but that hardly qualifies him as a political mover and shaker.
Mr. Limbaugh should contain and constrain his sophomoric enthusiasm to insert himself in an arena of a 'sport' in which he lacks the necessary skill sets, unless he is beginning to show his true colors of team Clinton!
