Is this guy blind or just stupid?
What is the point of bringing up every sin you have ever committed in your whole life?
I think we need to cut the Gov some slack. He really didn't want to find himself in this position. He was probably feeling good in the position he was in -- a good job with a few perks but no real responsibility. The ideal political "Peter Principle" point with a possible pension in the future.
And then the jerk Governor goes and does something that makes it necessary for him to resign ...!!
