"I'm sure," said Barack Obama in that sonorous baritone that makes his drive-thru order for a Big Mac, fries and strawberry shake sound profound, "many of you have heard remarks from your pastors, priests or rabbis with which you strongly disagreed." Well, yes. But not many of us have heard remarks from our pastors, priests or rabbis that are stark, staring, out-of-his-tree, flown-the-coop nuts. ...snip...
It is Barack Obama's choice to entrust his daughters to the spiritual care of such a man for their entire lives, but in Philadelphia the senator attempted to universalize his peculiar judgment to claim that, given America's history, it would be unreasonable to expect black men of Jeremiah Wright's generation not to peddle hateful and damaging lunacies. Isn't that what's the word? racist? So much for the post-racial candidate.

This statement is too negative for me to allow it to remain unchallenged. Please find below all the reasons you should retract this.

Well, give me a little time to think of something.
You know, the MSM may treat the Pastor Disaster as no big deal, but the polls are showing a definite shift of white voters away from Obama. That’s the important piece here, not what the brain-dead MSM does.
Another good column on Obama’s pastor and “the speech”. He’s toast.
The Democrats are headed into a dead end with two badly deficient candidates. We’ve understood Mrs. Clinton for 15 years. It took a while to get a peek into the reality of Obama, but no one who has heard those tapes will forget them. Pause to ponder where we would be without the internet, then be joyful.
“If Obama came right out and said I hate white people hed still get half the white vote and the MSM would still excuse him.Dont doubt this anti-American , racist pig can wind up a POS.”
I agree with you in that Obama is already a P.O.S.
Being elected POTUS remains to be seen. God help us if he is.
Obambi = typical black politician
Yes, you succeeded in pissing me off. The two things really are not comparable, but you’re willfully ignorant enough about Catholicism that no explanation would be profitable.
Do you suppose the offended minorities will go beyond burning their own neighborhoods this time?
My family flew back from Baja the night of the Rodney King riots. LA was some what disconcerting from the air, but Oakland, where there was no rioting to speak of, was downright eerie.
There were no people or cars on the streets but ours and lunatic lefty talk show host Ray Taliaferro was literally screaming for white blood on KGO radio as we drove north out of the city. It was surreal.
I hope to be no where near any population center if Osama Obama isn't given the nomination in Denver. I'll be less worried if he gets the nomination but gets his clock cleaned in November, because rioting just not as much fun in winter.

What people have failed to understand is that Obama grew out of a radical urban black self-image that has been present in the black community going back to the Black Panther 60s.
He is a disciple of the radical Saul Alinsky and worked with those people for years. He is merely repackaged in a non-threatening veneer to make him acceptable to both sides.
He can no more renounce this marxist black liberation theology than the man who has led him in that ideology over the past 20 years.
This is who he truly is and his wife also expressed it in passing by accident.
Your disappointment is founded on the belief that you were not aware of Obama being born of this ‘movement’ and also that you did not look under the covers of what he says and how he votes.
If you look at his Senate voting record in DC, he’s the most partisan voter of any Democrat and that includes Shrillary. If you look at his Illinois Senate voting record you would be aware that he has repeatedly voted against protecting the life of babies born in botched abortions. He called it an attack on abortion overall. And he has voted for the death of these babies repeatedly.
Sadly, many people have bought into the mantra of propaganda, repeated ad nauseum.
Shouldn’t you know better?
Hey, don't forget Illinois. I'll match our two idiots up against anyone's.
Notice his wife is no where to be found lately.
Who put up the money to get this guy going in the 1st place?
I’m very interested where he got all this backing and money and support.
There’s a story that he sought out Tony Rezko and upon meeting him said, “You can make a US Senator” or something like that.
His wife IMHO, should not be made an issue. She’s his wife and it should be left alone. Her remark is what it is and she is entitled to her own opinion even if we find it disagreeable.
If many people look back to their college experience, they can probably recall many ethnic groups self-segregating themselves. Attitudes were shaped by this and Michelle Obama clearly suffered from it being a black woman in an Ivy League school where this was magnified not just by race but by economic disparity. I’m not defending her attitude, just pointing out how it may have originated.
There’s a real issue with Obama’s house though. Monies from Rezko via a shady Iraqi arms dealer aligned with Saddam Hussein could blow up his candidacy. Shrillary is probably sitting on this and deciding when it can be best used.
Since the Super Politician Delegates are her target, she may in fact wield this just when it applies to influencing them. I hope her effort fails.
Pinging the great Mark Steyn.
If he is so willing to throw his grandmother under the bus, just think what he'll do to this country if elected President!
Hope you’re completely well now, and just don’t do it again.
;-P
Thanks for running the ping list.
I’ll bet Al Gore is getting his acceptance speech out of the lock box.
