"I'm sure," said Barack Obama in that sonorous baritone that makes his drive-thru order for a Big Mac, fries and strawberry shake sound profound, "many of you have heard remarks from your pastors, priests or rabbis with which you strongly disagreed." Well, yes. But not many of us have heard remarks from our pastors, priests or rabbis that are stark, staring, out-of-his-tree, flown-the-coop nuts. ...snip...
It is Barack Obama's choice to entrust his daughters to the spiritual care of such a man for their entire lives, but in Philadelphia the senator attempted to universalize his peculiar judgment to claim that, given America's history, it would be unreasonable to expect black men of Jeremiah Wright's generation not to peddle hateful and damaging lunacies. Isn't that what's the word? racist? So much for the post-racial candidate.

As a candidate for election in November, Obama clearly is done. Ain't gonna happen. But as a candidate for nomination in Denver, he's still the frontrunner. it's not like Obama's supporters at the convention will be a bunch of middle-class white Republicans . . .
I don't see how neither Barack nor Hillary gets nominated, far more likely both will be. And if McCain were to play his cards right and nominates a black conservative, I see no likelihood at all that Obama isn't on the ticket constituting a sitting duck of a target for the Republican VP candidate.
How do you like being ignored for a really dumb comparison?
And a Joyous Easter to you too!!!
She has been very clear in stating that she wants no part of the ticket.
Therefore I hope McCrazy picks a conservative. I don't really care what color his/her skin is.
Hope you’re feeling much better now. When I asked my doc how you could tell if you had the flu he said, “if you were thinking that death might not be a bad alternative to your ‘cold,’ you had the flu.”
“I don’t see how neither Barack nor Hillary gets nominated,”
It may be that the degradation of the Democrat party has fallen to a point below the power of my imagination to follow. Hillary? Obama? As president? I just don’t see it. Neither of these persons are even remotely presidential. They can’t win against even as lame a candidate as McCain. Though, as I said. the fault may be with my imagination. In the last election I couldn’t understand how the Dems could win since the Dems hadn’t given anyone anything to hang a vote on beyond BDS.
I don’t really care what color his/her skin is.

It is Identity politics that has gotten the dems in such a quagmire. I want the best person, who can take over if McCain develops an age-related illness. Personally, my choice would be Romney, but ABC
Anybody But Crist
will do.
Maybe she believes that black people cause the plague, are responsible for earthquakes, and want to bring the New Black Panthers to power.

So why did she allow her pregnant daughter to marry a black foreigner in 1961?
Obama is insulting her just to keep his street cred with stateside American blacks.
But he doesnt look a day over 70.
@@@@@
He is only 66, and I bet he had no intention of retiring this year.
I dont advocate it, I just predict it.
%%%%
If Obama is elected, every criticism of every word, choice or policy he makes will be considered “racist” and “offensive.” I do not want to experience that for 4 years!
Do you happen to have a cite for that?
Now that you put it that way, I agree!
Thank you kindly.
Thank you.
I’m steamed over this.
- So is Denver, Washington, DC, Chicago and Atlanta when he doesn't get the nomination.
Really? They'll claim independence, like Kosovo, or what?
I'd really prefer this to happen, because the presidency will be decided by the electorate on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, not by the Democratic nomination.
And Mrs. Clinton seems to be much more difficult rival for Mr. McCain: however scheming and evil, she is a normal person - acceptable for many of the undecided, who'll be the key group in this election.
If your prediction is right, and Obama stands against Mr. McCain, it'll be much easier for the Republican team to make full use of his racist "credentials".

Well, give me a little time to think of something.
Maybe the spelling in the original post? Something about kettle and pot?
Wow you must be reading my mind!Dittos on that!
We don't have a clue who this guy and his ol' lady really are.
Thanks for the ping, and hope you’re feeling better at last!
“New Yorkers obviously don’t care who they elect.”
New York now, literally, has the blind leading the blind.
