"Begs the question of what did they do with the old one. " Well....they took the old one down to the anus stretching machine in the basement of the hospital and hooked it up.
Ever so slowly they would pull one side, then the next and the anus grew larger. Pretty soon it had stretched to 6 feet tall....
So they gave it a briefcase, discharged it from the hospital and called it a lawyer......
