They asked Walter Dellinger if the 2nd Amendment didn't mean an individual right, then is he saying that no defendant could ever use the 2nd Amendment as a grounds for defense?

They essentially replied 'Well then, so now you're saying there IS an individual right under the 2nd Amendment?'.
