Yep. She is asking the questions to support her pre-disposed anti-gun stance, but he hasn’t yet. Ginsberg is looking for ANY excuse to support the ban.

The justices seem to be giving him extraordinary leeway to explain his argument. Of course this is the first live hearing I have paid attention to so that is JMO.
