Attention IL gun owners, it's time to do something positive to preserve the RKBA in your state. Because if Cook county can get away with banning and confiscating guns the state of IL can too, and at some point in the future will try to do it. Note that you don't have to live in Cook county to call in on the poll. The article doesn't say whether or not you must be a IL resident to vote, but if you don't live in IL try it and see if your vote is accepted.

I called in. Option 2 is still a vote against the gun control measure.

I live in NM and it took my vote. There didn’t seem to be any control on the number so I called a second time and it went right through and let me vote again.

I did a search for “2nd amendment” regarding the proposed D.C. handgun ban under review by the Supreme Court today, and thankfully found this thread. I did my patriotic duty by pressing number two (usually reserved for Spanish), and will circulate the aforementioned phone number to non-liberal friends and family. Come to think of it, isn’t it strange that “press 2 for Spanish” isn’t even an option? The Marxists in the Cook County office slipped up!
