And much of the markets are run on greed and fear.

I feel badly for the shareholders and employees, including some friends of mine that work (worked) there.

Sorry, but I don’t. Anyone who didn’t see this coming is a fool. It’s been obvious for years where this was headed. These people took huge, stupid risks, got fat bonuses, and now they are crying for a bailout.

Yes. Sadly, it will MOSTLY be the little folks who trusted the “leadership” of these firms to be prudent stewards.

Many of the scoundrels who engineered these debacles will bail under their golden parachutes and reappear elsewhere to resume other fiat paper money scams.
