That’s Obama at the end. But it’s an edited Fox News clip that cuts to him. It’s not him in the church.
That is him walking somewhere I have seen the whole video. It isn’t him sitting in the church. Trust me, after seeing a clip similar to yours I looked till I found the longer version.

There is a flash of Obama ... but look at the hair color of those in the foreground ... the flash of B HUSSEIN Obama was added and not from the church scene!
