His career was stalled and the harassment continued. It's hard to say whether staying would be a good idea unless I were in his position.
I was subjected to one of these smear campaigns at work by militant homosexuals. It is very unpleasant when your HR department is littered with female, man-hating homosexuals who agree with the homosexual agenda.
