Olbermann targets Hillary tonight
The Clinton campaign, which protests a lot already about MSNBC's coverage, might have another piece of evidence to use against the network. Keith Olbermann said on yesterday's "Countdown" broadcast that he's giving a "special comment" tonight about Hillary Clinton.
HuffPo's Rachel Sklar notes that the YouTube-friendly "special comments," which typically target the Bush administration, often generate hundreds of thousands of views online.
Of course, it's already been a rocky couple months between the Clinton campaign and the network. Chris Matthews and David Shuster had to issue public apologies for statements directed toward Clinton and her family.
And Tucker Carlson, a harsh critic of top Clinton aides, recently lost his show. While the Clinton campaign wasn't the official reason, I've heard internally that senior news executive Phil Griffin was not happy with Carlson's on-air statements about Clinton staffers
So will Olbermann, who also anchors election night coverage, be the next to suffer the Wolfsonian wrath? Guess we'll see after tonight's show.
Holy cow! I’m listening to it now. He’s really pounding her.
Can I please go through my life never thinking about any male “really pounding her [Hillary]” from this point forward? Thanks.
Hey, I was gonna say spanking!
Anything sexual related to Hillary is nauseating. Something about the image of her in the sack, getting worked over by someone to the point of ecstatic jubilation...
Oh my Gosh what is happening to me....Help me!
So what did Queef Odormann have to say?
Just close your eyes and think of Helen Thomas...
Naked.
You talked me off the ledge of the abyss. My most heartfelt thanks.
Link at post 46, you can view the whole enchilada. :)
For some reason the image of two colliding galaxies comes to mind.
Thanks for posting - I never visit those sites (too depressing) but have wondered if the libs are foaming at the mouth even worse than usual.
Soooooo, it’s our fault they’re fighting?!? ;-)
The leftist jerks have directed venemous fire on eachother that just takes the anti-Republican template and forces it on the Democrat to be demonized. Thus, our local cartoonist makes Hllary out to be a Hilterian witch.
There is so much irony in this all you could make an irony banquet out of it. A dish bet served cold.
If only !!
... ya know he media got to pick *our* nominee, why its only fair that we pick the nominee for the other side.
Barack Obama is an extreme left-liberal empty-suited junior senator with little accomplishments and a record of working with radicals. Yet we are told there is so much more going for him than his muslim name and mocha skin, and to suggest anything nefarious about him is to be a racist bigot.
Hold on to your hats, it will be a bumpy ride.
Wow that was... frightening. I was afraid he was going to reach through the monitor and punch me in the nose!
His wannabe Edward R. Murrow shtick at the end was amusing though.
Boy, the democrat meltdown sure is fun to watch.
I started out at the beginning of the campaign just hoping for the destruction of the Clintons.
Having witnessed that come to pass, I am already taking it for granted. It’s not enough for me.
I now will not be satisfied until I see the entire Democrat party brought down by this mess.
Sure, Eliot Spitzer provided me with a short term fix, but I now find myself jonesing for more.
Tomorrow I wake up to chase the dragon once more.
If his ratings double, more attention will be given to him. Then more people will hear what he said about the Clintons. Then more will flee her plantation. And that is a good thing!
Hunter S. Thompson—he’s the bonehead who shot himself in the head, then his wife/friends had a dinner party with his grisly remains for the next several days???
Yeah, sure, um, I’ll read his stuff like it was Scripture...NOT!
These liberals—I just can’t wrap my mind around’em!
I just watched him on u tube. He could have made his point in one minute but continued. At two minutes I had to shut him down. I see where the entire commentary was almost 10 minutes.
