Mark Brener, the apparent “mastermind” of the prostitution ring, was also denied bail as he was deemed to be a flight risk. Something about an Israeli passport.

According to the arrest warrant, Client #9 was paying to get the woman to come from NY and his “credit” with Emepror was only $500 bucks. He had to make several phone calls and finally send more money before “Kristen” would go to Washington. So... apparently, this was not a one time thing.
